TENDER OS — CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Continuous Subscription Model

Tender OS is billed monthly, on a recurring cycle, so your tender feed keeps running without interruption.

2. Immediate Cancellation Rights

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There are no exit fees and no notice periods. Once you cancel, we will not bill you again.

3. Refunds on partial months

Because Tender OS is an online service you use as you go, we do not refund partial months when you cancel. You keep full access for the rest of the period you have paid for, and after that your account simply becomes inactive.
