1. Continuous Subscription Model

Tender OS services are billed on a automated, recurring monthly cycle to guarantee uninhibited data streaming from our tender search matrix.

2. Immediate Cancellation Rights

Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the Preference Portal with zero exit fees or contractual penalties. Once processed via the portal, no future recurring invoices will be levied against your payment profile.

3. Refund Matrix Limits

Because Tender OS is a real-time, cloud-delivered data intelligence utility, partial months are not refunded upon service termination. Users will maintain full access to the search engine metrics for the remainder of their paid billing period, after which the account profile will transition automatically to an inactive state.
