TENDER OS — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Service

Tender OS operates strictly as a B2B Tender Discovery Engine. The platform aggregates public sector procurement data, tracking notices across municipal, provincial, and national state entities. Users explicitly acknowledge that Tender OS is an informational utility and data discovery platform; the service offers no guarantees of winning state contracts, and Tender OS accepts no liability for the outcome or adjudication of any tender submissions or business procurement pipelines.

2. Subscriptions, Fees, and Trial Terms

Access to the B2B Tender Discovery Engine is provided on a paid subscription basis. New accounts are bound by our standard 7-day trial terms, during which access is granted to explore the operational features of the software platform. Upon the expiration of the evaluation window, users are billed a recurring subscription fee of R299/month. This fee is processed securely via our integrated payment gateway provider.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
